These summary terms apply to products and services supplied by Avon Barrier USA. Full terms and conditions are included with every proposal and quotation. The proposal terms govern each order, and if they differ from this summary, the proposal terms control.
Quotations and pricing
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude sales tax, freight, installation and site work.
Built to order
Our products are manufactured to order to each project’s specification. Payment, delivery, change and cancellation terms are set out in your proposal.
Delivery
Delivery and lead times are estimates and depend on order confirmation, approved drawings and site readiness.
Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, when installed, operated and maintained in accordance with our instructions. This warranty does not cover damage from vehicle impact, misuse, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, or normal wear and consumable parts. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective product or part.
EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY ABOVE OR AS STATED IN YOUR PROPOSAL, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the price paid for that order.
